Candidates for a 1-year post-doc position in lab at the University of Insubria in Varese.
The research will concern the morphological, anatomical, and molecular analysis of root and shoot of Populus nigra seedling growing under heat and drought stresses. The scholar should deal with setting up the plant experiment, taking care of the plants, and sampling seedlings a three different time points for the indeep analysis of cambial activity. Also, the sampling will include material for further omic analysis.
The scholar will be part of a group including the University of Molise with two other post-docs and a Ph.D. student.
